By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from RINA LANG COACHING.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 2: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the coach’s operating jurisdiction.

Article 3: Scope of Services

The services provided consist of intuitive coaching, business coaching, leadership support, personal development guidance, and any supporting digital products. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support clarity, alignment, and decision-making. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

The coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required.

Article 4: Confidentiality

All client information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.

Confidentiality does not apply to illegal activities, threats of harm, or situations where disclosure is legally mandated.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recordings, documents, digital products, and content provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of the coach unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

The coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services or digital products.

Clients agree that they engage in coaching at their own discretion and risk.

Article 7: Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that coaching is a self-directed process and that results depend on personal participation, commitment, and implementation. The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results during and after the coaching engagement.

Article 8: Services, Sessions, and Delivery

  • Coaching services are delivered online via Zoom and are recorded for the client's convenience.

  • Session duration, frequency, and number are defined by the specific service purchased.

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in the session being considered missed and forfeited. The coach will wait for up to 10 minutes at the start of the scheduled session time.

  • Recordings are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or sold. The client has 24 hours to download the recordings.

Article 9: Payment Terms

All services / products must be paid in full in advance unless an instalment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.

Where a payment plan is used, the client commits to the full program fee. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Article 10: Refund Policy

All coaching services, programs, courses, digital products, and workshops are non-refundable once payment has been made.

In the case of an agreed instalment plan, any remaining balance becomes immediately due if the client cancels, withdraws, or is dismissed from the program.

Article 11: Your information

If you wish to place an Order for Services or Products, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order, including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.

Article 12: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 13: Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling requests must be made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. The coach will wait for up to 10 minutes at the start of the scheduled session time.

Article 14: Termination of Services

The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if the client:

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions

  • Engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior

  • Demonstrates a lack of commitment that compromises the coaching process

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Article 15: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or participating in any coaching service, program, course, or workshop, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is substantial, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a "substantial" change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
