All coaching services, programs, courses, and workshops are non-refundable once payment has been made. This applies to all formats, including one-to-one coaching, group programs, digital courses, workshops, and any related materials or recordings.

By purchasing any service, the client commits to the full scope of the engagement and acknowledges that results depend on personal participation, responsibility, and engagement in the process.

Instalment Plans

If a payment plan has been agreed upon, the client remains responsible for the full program fee, regardless of participation level.

In the event of cancellation by the client or dismissal of the client from the coaching service, course, or workshop for any reason, all remaining instalments are still due and payable to the extent of covering the services already provided.

Cancellations and Dismissal

The coach reserves the right to discontinue services if a client violates agreed-upon terms, engages in inappropriate behavior, or demonstrates a lack of commitment that compromises the integrity of the coaching relationship.

By enrolling in any service, the client confirms acceptance of this refund policy.
